Ohio LLCs don’t have to file Annual Reports
There are no Annual Reports for Ohio LLCs. The Ohio Secretary of State doesn’t require them to be filed.
Ohio is one of only 5 states that have a true “No Annual Report Due”. Meaning, some states have a $0 Annual Report, but an Information Report must be submitted each year.
In Ohio, there is no money owed annually to the Secretary of State and there is no Information Report to submit.
