What happens if you file the initial report late?
Hi Alan, the state may charge a penalty, usually $50 or less.
Thank you very much!
Hi Matt,
For the Officials part, which address i need to use?
I am based in Europe and have my US virtual address, can i use it?
Thanks!
Hi Mary, you can use any address you’d like for the Officials part. The address doesn’t have to be in Alaska, but it can be in Alaska. Yes, you can use your US virtual address for this section. Hope that helps!
Thank You! Your site has been extremely helpful in answering even some of the most minor questions I’ve had. I found your site more helpful than the FAQ’s section on my state’s corporations, business and commerce page.
Hi Corbin, you’re very welcome, and thank you! While the state does have some good resources, it can often hard to navigate. As for LLC University®, we understand that knowledge is power, so we do our best to make sure the information we put out can be easily understood by everyone :)
