  1. thank you very much, all your information was very helpful in getting this paperwork figured out. In maine im pretty sure the operating agreement needs to be notarized, that’s what I read somewhere else anyways

    • Hey Aaron, in Maine, the Operating Agreement does not need to be on file with the Secretary of State and it also does not need to be notarized. Hope that helps.
