An LLC examiner is a person that works in the Secretary of State’s office or the department responsible for administering LLC filings.
The LLC examiner is the person who decides whether your LLC filing will be approved or rejected.
If your LLC filing is approved, the LLC examiner will send your approval documents.
If your LLC filing is rejected, the LLC examiner will send you a letter explaining the details and what you can do to re-file.
