Matt discusses the history of LLCs and why he started LLC University. Stephen and Matt also discuss what an LLC is, who should form an LLC, and in what state should an LLC be formed.

Note: I had a “brain glitch” and said Corporation when I meant to say Partnership. Shortly after 2m 15s, I said the LLC provides the liability protection of a Corporation with the pass-through taxation of a Sole Proprietorship or a Corporation. I meant to say pass-through taxation of a Sole Proprietorship or Partnership. Hope that helps in case anyone caught that ;)
