  1. So my name reservation was accepted, do I still wait until it gets approved before I get my EIN

    • Hi Gwen, once you get the Name Reservation approval, then you can apply for the EIN. Once you have the EIN, then you’ll complete the Articles of Organization filing. If you’re filing online, go to geauxBIZ and “convert” your Name Reservation to an Articles of Organization filing (and you’ll get the $25 credited). Hope that helps.
